Warranty Period

We provide warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

Undamaged products can only be refunded within 7 days of the date of you receiving the product. If the product received more than 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Once we receive the returned item, the refund process will begin.

Note:

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • We will charge 5% Service fee for refund claims
  • Buyer shall ensure that the returned goods keep their original quality, function and appearance intact
  • The product itself and its accessories should be complete. If there is man-made damage or missing parts, we will not handle refund.
  • Returns will be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

We will take care of all quality-related issues in our warranty period. After the inspection and confirmation by our after-sales staff, we provide repair services for non-human damage issues.

Process:

1) Buyer must provide sufficient and visible proof of the defect

2) We do not ship free main parts for replacement. If there is a problem with the main part, the buyer must send the product back for repairing

Special Notes:
  • If you can not provide sufficient proof of the defect, we may reject your request
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, we only provide free repair service for quality problems

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • For purchases not made directly through Morefines.com
  • Non quality-related issues after 7 days of you receiving the product
  • The proof of the defect given to us are not sufficient
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse or other causes beyond our reasonable control. (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases.
However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
